ROBOPARK Claimed

The following technical conditions are required for “ROBOPARK EXHIBITION”:
A- Scenery
B- Power
C- Machinery & Tools
D- Personnel

A-Scenery

We will supply:
- up to 70 interactive exhibits
- furniture, partitions, and Joker system pipes for installation.
- equipment for workshops
- marketing, PR, training material (resolution logo & artwork, press release templates, as well as information to enhance the exhibition's experience, such as guide material for instructors, information plates & interactive kids' games/activities. We can also provide digital marketing services, such as an event website and online presence, including social media and online PR)
- 10 LED projector (10-50 V)
- 10-13 TVs.
- 15 tablets and 15 smartphones
- 1 printer
- 3 WI-FI routers
- re-chargeable batteries
- personnel team of 1 production manager and 2 technicians will help with the transportation, installation/setup & de-installation, as well as provide ongoing guidance & consultation, working closely with your team to create the event's concept.


We do not supply

- Consumables (for ex. an additional amount of paper, 3d pens and bobo balls for workshops)
- Additional batteries (upon 50 pcs/ per day)
- Internet network
- Sound equipment
- CCTV Cameras

B - Power
The local promoter shall provide:
- 220V power supply
- 16 KW/h average for exhibition


C - Machinery & Tools

The load-in area must be free from any obstacles.
The load-in entrance (door) must be approximately 2 m high and 2 m wide.

The Promoter shall provide the following machinery and personnel at load in:
- Service lift (preferably)
- 2 pallet trucks (1 day and all day)

The Promoter shall provide the following machinery and personnel at load out:
- Service lift (preferably)
- 2 pallet trucks (1 day and all day)


D - Personnel

The Promoter shall provide the following personnel for set up:

1. 1-2 days (5- 20 hours) for load-in and 1-2 days (5-20 hours) for load-out:
- 6-8 workers
2. 3-5 days for installation works and 1-2 days de-installation works:
- 6-8 workers

However, we will try to finish all works in shorter time (if possible).

Recommendation for personnel at exhibition:
- 1-2 cashiers (providing tickets)
- 1-2 administrators (organization of work of the exhibition's personnel).
- 5-7 instructors (conduct tours and consultancy)
- 1-2 engineers (technical support, maintenance, configuration and troubleshooting of exhibits)

General Maintenance (including but not limited to)
- Regular checking
- Charging
- Turning off at the nighttime

FURTHER INSTRUCTIONS WILL BE PROVIDED LOCALLY BY OUR TEAM.
MAINTENANCE.
THE PROMOTER WILL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DELIBERATE DAMAGE TO ANY MACHINE
