Imagine Exhibitions, a pioneer in global traveling entertainment and immersive experiences, is seeking a Marketing Account Manager to organize and facilitate the brand consistency of marketing materials related to the Imagine Exhibition portfolio of Museum/Zoo/Garden Exhibitions and work directly with host venues. This position will be responsible for communicating brand rules and expectations to internal teams and external partners, ensuring proper use of brand across all marketing executions, and project managing approvals of materials with relevant partners.
The Marketing Account Manager will serve as a project manager for the coordination of sharing marketing materials with partners of Imagine Exhibitions. Day to day, he or she will communicate project needs internally and externally, manage deadlines to successful completion, maintain documentation of processes, track results, build relationships with our partners, our clients and otherwise support all marketing strategies. The Marketing Account Manager will develop and execute plans and strategies to make the sharing and approval process of marketing materials a best-in-class experience for partners of Imagine Exhibitions.
Serving as the Vice President of Sales right hand, he/she will stay informed about the market, industry trends and competitive landscape and act as the go-to source of knowledge when it comes to the proper use of visual and written assets across all marketing executions in service of maintaining and protecting the intellectual property of Imagine Exhibitions’ partners. Part project manager, part client services professional, and part enforcer, this role works cross-functionally to keep all marketing executions properly following established guidelines while staying on deadline. The ideal candidate will be able to jump in
head-first and create processes and systems that support current team members’ efforts to meet their goals. The ideal candidate must be able to work well with a wide variety of people, juggle multiple projects simultaneously, and be an outstanding communicator. A successful candidate will have a can-do attitude and understand that at Imagine Exhibitions, our team members are the “secret sauce” to our success.
