The call for applications is now open for the Quickfire Spectacular session dedicated to touring exhibitions and experiences at the Touring Entertainment LIVE (TEL) event organised during the 2024 ILMC conference, which takes place in London, United Kingdom on 27 Feb-1 March 2024.
ILMC is the world’s top gathering for the international live music business. It brings together every year more than 1,400 professionals from the music, event and exhibition industry.
ILMC 2024 sees the launch of a new one-day event dedicated to the global business of big-brand live entertainment, exhibitions, and touring family shows, the Touring Entertainment LIVE (TEL).
Touring Entertainment LIVE (TEL) will bring together the world’s top show and exhibition producers, rights holders, venue operators, and the promoters who work in that space.
The day is steered by a committee of content experts from across the globe, with headline partners Teo and Semmel, and will feature multiple panel discussions, keynote interviews, and presentations of shows and projects. Additionally, the programme will include curated networking and introductions, ample private networking space, and a small number of hand-picked exhibitors.
Touring Entertainment LIVE will take place on the final day of ILMC in a dedicated 1,000m2 ballroom in the Royal Lancaster Hotel. Entrance to the day is included as part of an ILMC delegate pass.
The event is a much-needed annual assembly for the leaders and originators of this multibillion-dollar sector.
This year TEL has teamed up with TEO to bring together Touring Exhibitions producers, promoters and hosts, and shed light on the Touring Exhibitions sector. The TEL team invites Teo members to join the event. A special ticket link is live for TEO delegates until the end of the holidays.
A special QuickFire session will introduce presentations of the latest shows and touring entertainment – a must-attend for anyone looking for their next project. Opportunities to present are open to international producers. To apply, producers are invited to provide information about the experiences they would like to present. The event team will curate the programme and confirm.
