Call For Producers & Suppliers: Touring Tender From The CNRS on the Lalibela exhibition

The CNRS is seeking proposals from qualified companies to provide international touring exhibition services for the Lalibela exhibition.

The CNRS, through its ARCHEOVISION – UMS 3657 unit, is in charge of producing an international digital exhibition on the troglodyte churches of Lalibela. This project is following on from a programme of research and support for the preservation of Ethiopian heritage, of which the Lalibela site is the main component. The services are divided into four lots, each of which is the object of a separate contract: Lot 1: general exhibition design, production of visual materials, set up of touring, equipment purchase. Lot 2: design and development of mixed reality digital experiences, participation in the writing of film scripts, purchase of equipment. Lot 3: Filmmaking and filming. Lot no. 4: Production of models.

Le CNRS, par le biais de son unité ARCHEOVISION – UMS 3657, a la charge de réaliser une exposition numérique internationale sur les églises troglodytes de Lalibela. Ce projet fait suite à un programme de recherche et d’appui à la préservation du patrimoine éthiopien, dont le site de Lalibela constitue la principale composante. Les prestations sont dévolues en quatre lots faisant chacun l’objet d’un marché distinct : Lot no1 : Conception de la scénographie générale, production de supports visuels, mise en place de l’itinérance, achat de matériel. Lot no2 : Conception et développement d’expériences numériques en réalité mixte, participation à l’écriture des scénarios de films, achat de matériel. Lot no3 : Réalisation et tournage de films. Lot no4 : Réalisation de maquettes.
