Touring Entertainment LIVE (TEL) is a new one-day event dedicated to the global business of exhibitions, live entertainment, and touring family shows. TEL brings together show and exhibition producers, rights holders, venue operators, and promoters from all over the globe to discuss the challenges and opportunities facing this fast-developing sector.
Taking place on Friday 1 March in a dedicated 1,000sqm ballroom at London’s Royal Lancaster Hotel, TEL is part of the 36th edition of the International Live Music Conference (ILMC) – a major global gathering for the international live music business.
TEL is steered by a group of executives from across the family entertainment and touring exhibition space, with Manon Delaury from Teo, Liz Koops from Broadway Entertainment Group, Nicolas Renna from Proactiv Entertainment, Christoph Scholz from Semmel Exhibitions, Jonathan Shank from Terrapin Station Entertainment, Ingrid Sutej from Temple Live Entertainment and Tom Zaller from Imagine Exhibitions.
Throughout the day, professionals from organisations from the touring events network will be sharing insights in the form of panel discussions, keynote interviews, and presentations. There will also be curated networking and introductions, private networking space, and an exclusive exhibitor space, where Teo will be introducing international exhibitions and experiences available on tour with a dedicated stand.
A quick-fire session, hosted by Manon Delaury from Teo and Jessica Willig-Rosenstein from Fever, from 2.00PM to 3.15PM, will showcase experiences that have upcoming availability in a quick-fire format. Specially curated for the touring industry, the session will bring together representatives from a variety of touring organisations: Semmel Exhibitions, MB Presents, Grand Palais Immersif, Science Museum Group, Universcience, Harlem Globetrotters, Great Leap Forward, lililillilil, Proactiv Entertainment, World on Ice, World Concert Artists, Slam Dunk Entertainment & Expona. Promoters and venues looking for their next project will discover a large selection of new productions and have the opportunity to network with international producers.

10.00AM to 11.00AM – TEL: The State of the Nation, which will survey the key issues facing the industry today, from growing new markets to increasing competition; the latest tech innovations to venue availability; plus the ever-present issue of rising costs.
11.30AM to 12.30PM – TEL: Meet the Family, the dedicated networking session.
2.00PM to 3.00PM – TEL: THE A&R of IP will discuss how best to approach managing and developing IP.
2.00PM to 3.15PM – TEL: Quick-fire session will introduce the latest touring productions.
3.30PM to 4.30PM – TEL: Standing out in a crowded market will explore how to stand out in an increasingly competitive environment.
