You will manage complex institutional or commercial projects to promote or market products and services (travelling exhibitions, sales and concept studies, sales and feasibility studies, etc.).

Job description

Your main missions are the following:

  • prospect for new contacts on a daily basis and build a portfolio of relationships, clients and partners;
  • respond to calls for tender from entities linked to the Public Order to sell and manage the rental of Universcience’s portfolio of cultural products;
  • build client loyalty by developing promotional actions during professional fairs;
  • maintain and ensure the maintenance of relations within a high-level commercial and political network;
  • leading multidisciplinary teams in the context of carrying out studies of client requests for cultural projects in all their dimensions;
  • manage the entire project at all operational phases, ensuring that its profitability is maintained;
  • be able to build a business plan for the operation and monitor it;
  • drawing up and drafting the tender file for a museum space design/build operation (programme, services, organisation, phasing and interfacing with the client’s stakeholders, museum-related aspects, costs and financial conditions, schedule);
  • managing the legal aspects of the project;
  • managing the project and the project teams as project owner and/or project manager;
  • carrying out exchanges, formalising the rendering of services to the client and following up on the client’s approval at every stage of the contract. Carrying out internal contract monitoring in conjunction with the hierarchy;
  • develop and monitor the budget and ensure the maintenance of financial results;
  • providing budgetary tables and information relating to operations, necessary for drawing up budgetary forecasts, amending decisions and financial monitoring of operations;
  • draw up and monitor the provisional schedule and ensure that the timetable is kept;
  • ensure regular reporting on the progress of the project to your manager and keep all involved persons informed throughout the project;
  • monitor and control the quality of the services provided;
  • ensuring coordination and follow-up.
