Job description

Business to Consumer

• Design of the marketing campaign for the Imagine exhibitions worldwide. Ticket sales optimization strategy.
• Management of the communication channels related to the marketing plan and communication guidelines of the exhibitions (websites, social networks, PR TV campaigns, print material, newsletters, digital ads…)
• Control of the client relationship management set by the local agencies: guest satisfaction analysis, visitors’ experience and loyalty improvement, client database archiving.
• Campaigns monitoring – in conjunction with local agencies worldwide
• Selection of local partners and contractors (web agencies, translators, PR manager…) in association with the board of directors
• Setup, monitoring and reporting of the campaigns KPI & statistics
• Filing of all marketing & communication actions & documentation
• Strategic monitoring of marketing & communication trends
• Before the launch of each exhibition, PR coordination & organization of media with local PR agency

You work closely with the production manager and share reports before and after each events.

Business to Business

• Conception of the marketing campaign involving lililillilil and its creative directors
• Management and animation of lililillilil’s communication channels and marketing campaigns
• Content creation (in coordination with the creative department) to feed communication channels of lililillilil
• lililillilil’s website content management and animation

Expected Profile :

• Curious about French and international digital arts
• Master’s Degree in Marketing and solid experience in Marketing (strategic planning design). Pure communication profiles won’t be accepted.
• Methodical, creative, dynamic and flexible. Happy to work in a small team
• Master Apple environment and work regularly with Adobe Creative Suite
• Fluent in professional English (C1), speaking another language is a real advantage
• Curious by nature and proactive
• Reactive and able to work with tight deadlines
