History is Here!

The National Museum of Finland is the central museum responsible for the cultural history and heritage in Finland. The museum is founded in 1893. It hosts both permanent and changing exhibitions as well as collections of over 500 000 objects. The National Museum of Finland consists of eight museums and two castles. We have over 700 000 visitors and we organize over 400 events per year. We are an active advisor and participant in various professional networks. We are enchanting, surprising, irreplaceable!
