100 Journeys presents the 100 most iconic photographs of the International Travel Photographer of the Year – with the photographers’ stories behind them.
A curated selection of images from the world leading photographic competition has been gathered for a unique experience of our world in photographs, showcasing the best and most interesting imagery from 20 years of competition. The collection features works by international travel photographers who won TPOTY awards, including Marsel van Oosten, Timothy Allen, Craig Easton, Jasper Doest, Daisy Gilardini, Franco Banfi, Sue Flood, Philip Lee Harvey and many more.
The exhibition tells the story behind each photograph. It offers a rare behind the scenes insight into the work of the photographer, sharing a glimpse into the excitement and trials of travelling with a camera. It reveals the skill and craft of taking each picture, from the planning and patience to reaction to a spontaneous moment, and catching rare and singular scenes in those defining moments.
A beautiful 208 page large-format hardback publication accompanies the exhibition, featuring the collection of greatest images and their stories (to be published in 2022).
The exhibition is proposed as an indoor experience or as an outdoor set. It can be provided as prints and/or digitally.
