We are delighted to announce our new Cultural Dialogue Survey on the future of the touring exhibitions sector, in collaboration with Culture Connect.
Following the past 3 editions of the Cultural Dialogue Surveys on the future of touring exhibitions in 2021, 2023, 2025, Culture Connect and Teo are joining forces once again calling for members of the touring exhibitions community to contribute their thoughts and vision of touring in a new international survey: The Future of Touring Exhibitions – Cultural Dialogue Survey 2027.
The world continues to go through major transformations, from power shifts in the geopolitical landscapes, acceleration of technological advances and major challenges facing sustainable developments (around environment, social justice, peace, …etc.). How do these trends impact the sector? What role can we play as an industry and as a community, both as individual organisations and collectively, in that context? Six years on from the first survey, what long-term trends have emerged, and what challenges are expected for the future?
This survey is an inclusive initiative open to all professionals involved in the hosting, touring, production and promotion of cultural exhibitions worldwide at museums, galleries, science centres, exhibition venues, heritage venues, libraries, archives, and gardens. All the results will be anonymised.

The survey is now open and you can submit your response until 19 February 2027. The survey results will be presented by Culture Connect in a report which will be unveiled at Teo Live hosted by Teo on 11 May 2027.
