CHARP is an innovative scale-up born from a university research project. We specialise in monitoring solutions for the conservation of art and cultural heritage. With our advanced technology and user-friendly software, we support museums, archives, art galleries, public institutions, and private collectors in optimally preserving and protecting art, history, and collections worldwide.
We’re looking for a hands-on and audience-focused marketing lead.
Your role
- Strategic Marketing Master Plan: Develop a marketing plan that aligns with sales, operations, and product development goals. Execute innovative campaigns and content strategies to engage our global audience.
- 360 Marketing: Lead multichannel marketing efforts including SEO, social media, paid and organic campaigns, PR, email, video, webinars, podcasts, and sales collateral to generate leads and boost brand visibility across digital and offline platforms.
- Partnership & Performance: Work with in-house designers to produce impactful visuals and content that highlight our unique value proposition. Manage external suppliers for ad hoc and ongoing projects. Coordinate marketing activities to ensure alignment with sales, product, and investor relations per the marketing roadmap.
- Process & Systems Development: Track KPIs, analyze data, and refine strategies to maximize conversions and ROI. Implement CRM optimization and automation to enhance sales efficiency and multichannel activities. Document and streamline marketing processes, including buyer personas and messaging frameworks, to enable scalable growth.
