Description

Exhibition by mexican visual artist Nirvana Paz, composed of works related to Mexico City that reveal processes of empathy and recognition in public urban spaces. It was first presented at the Museum of Mexico City within the context of FotoMéxico 2019.

Through 10 photographic series and a video installation, other ways of seeing and understanding the city are revealed beyond the sharpness and certainty that apparently. Urban beings are individuals who, in their passage through public space, form temporary groups and collectivities, becoming at times passengers, students, friends, workers, diners, users of public transport, walkers or passers-by.
