“Gaudí Code, the untold experience” is the Official Exhibition about Gaudí, in collaboration with the Sagrada Família Foundation. It is curated by the Director of Gaudí Chair at UPC University in Barcelona.

Gaudí Code, the untold experience, is an immersive exhibition that combines art and technology to bring visitors into the creative world of one of history’s greatest architects.

Designed for a wide and international audience, the experience reveals the hidden code behind his genius. Through a fully immersive and interactive journey, the exhibition explores his life and masterworks, incorporating unpublished projects and unbuilt creations.

Visitors will be able to take part in the creative process firsthand within Gaudí’s Workshop, manipulating forms, testing patterns, and observing how shapes transform in real time.

Gaudí is the most visited and internationally recognised architect in the world, with more than 13 million visitors per year. The exhibition also aligns with upcoming major milestones: 1) 2026:100th anniversary of Gaudí’s death 2) 2027: 175th anniversary of his birth.

The experience will open in Barcelona in September 2026.

The exhibition Gaudí Code: The Untold Experience is produced by Mediapro Xperiences and recognised by the Spanish Ministry of Culture, the Catalan Government, Barcelona City Council, the Sagrada Familia Foundation and the UPC University BarcelonaTech.
