FASCINATING FELINES
A magnificent pageant of mounted specimens assembles the world’s 38 species of wild felines. Films, cast reproductions that can be touched, and large graphic friezes trace their origins, follow their evolution, and raise awareness of their threatened future.
PERFECT PREDATORS?
Scenes of mounted animals and skeletal displays of felines in full attack mode demonstrate their hunting skills. Using numerous interactive and multimedia devices, these installations detail the unique anatomical, sensory, and behavioral techniques and other attributes that make felines such outstanding predators.

As emblems of power, bravery, protection, or prosperity, felines appear in the imaginations, cults, and narratives of the mighty. An array
of varied ethnographic and archaeological objects, embellished with animated myths and tales, provides a virtual tour through countries,
civilizations, and eras retracing the rich history of feline representations.
