Experience the wonder of life on Earth through the world’s best wildlife photography. Every year, professional and amateur photographers from more than 110 countries and territories submit approximately 60,000 entries. The exhibition presents the 100 finalist images which travel across continents on a hugely popular global tour.
Wildlife Photographer of the Year celebrates the wonderful diversity of life to inspire, inform and to create advocates for the planet. These stunning compositions share powerful stories of survival, fragility and the delicate balance of life. Every photograph is a reminder of the wonder of the natural world and the wildlife that calls them home. It and shows first-hand how our activities, both good and bad, are shaping the natural world through breath-taking images.
Wildlife Photographer of the Year tells the stories behind the lens .The caption that accompanies each image tells the story of the photographer’s endeavours to secure their image. The texts paint a picture of the habitat or animal they came across, explaining the story with scientific facts and context. Alongside the stunning photography, soundscapes, films and expert insights are provided for display.

Each version of the exhibition includes:
- The 100 images
- Printed text panels, or text files for translation and printing
- A detailed toolkit specifying hang and other technical details
- A selection of optional digital content
- Extensive toolkit and supporting materials for Marketing, Social Media and Press
The exhibition is available to hire in three different formats:
Light panel exhibition
Requires ~500 sqm (5,400 sqft) of indoor space and power supply. Images printed on backlit substrate are displayed in matt-finish LED units, delivering superb clarity. Venues must purchase and use a split batten system for hanging.
Dibond panel exhibition
Best suited to ~300 sqm (3,200 sqft) indoor galleries but adaptable to smaller spaces. C-Type photo prints mounted on lightweight Dibond panels offer compact, high-colour quality and vividness. Panels are supplied with integrated fixings for hanging.
Outdoor display exhibition
Custom layouts printed for outdoor use, ideal for showcasing the exhibition in natural settings. Borrowers arrange their own hanging structures and fixtures.
Optional audio visual materials available. Borrowers supply equipment if using AV content.
A successful touring exhibition and global advocacy programme. Regularly tours annually to 15+ countries from Brazil to China, Australia, and beyond. In the last 10 years, over 7 million people visited Wildlife Photographer of the Year exhibitions across the UK and around the world.
