The Global Business Development (GBD) at the American Museum of Natural History is a revenue generating department focused on licensing Museum content. GBD’s current main product lines are traveling exhibitions and digital intellectual property distribution. The GBD Coordinator will work with the Sales and the Operations teams as we provide high-quality, memorable, and seamless client experiences from first contact through project completion.

The Coordinator’s responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

  • Work with Finance and Sales to send client invoices and track payments.
  • Set up client and team meetings; Sales conference preparation.
  • Support Operations project management team to work with clients and project deliverables.
  • Work with Operations installation team to help supply graphics, hardware, supplies and other equipment to ensure exhibitions are installed properly and efficiently.
  • Manage license requests for AMNH assets including negotiating fee, gaining internal approvals, drafting agreements and tracking payment.
