Are you a strong administrator with experience of tracking spend and budgets? Are you interested in working for a world-class Museum group?

One of the ambitions of the Science Museum Group (SMG) is to increase income. The Cultural and Commercial Partnerships (CCP) team is critical in realising this aim by raising SMG’s profile nationally and internationally and commercially leveraging our brand, content, and skills. We achieve this by sharing our content and assets through touring exhibitions, popular science publications and our picture library, and our brand and skills through consultancy, training, and brand licensing.

Job description

As Office and Project Coordinator, you will assist the CCP team with general team administration, such as booking travel and conference attendance, tracking budgets and spend, contributing to market research, coordinating with internal stakeholders on external consultancy projects and providing support to internal projects where needed. You will also support the Head of CCP administratively with meetings, preparing reports and presentations.

Joining us, you will have experience of managing travel and accommodation schedules, general office administration and tracking spend and budgets. You will be highly organised with an ability to work to deadlines, whilst maintaining a high standard of work and attention to detail. You will have strong IT skills, ideally with some experience of using systems and databases.
