Technical and Logistical Manager for touring exhibitions

As part of a team of 4 technicians, you will be in charge of on-site (at the museum) or off-site (in France and/or abroad) set-up and dismantling operations for the institution’s exhibitions, as well as the operation and maintenance of exhibition devices (audiovisual, mechanical, scenographic, etc.).
Your main missions are the following:
- ensure the dismantling of exhibition elements and make technical adaptations for the travelling of the exhibition in France and/or abroad;
- arrange for the packing and crating of the exhibition contents (audiovisual devices, mechanical devices, etc.) and transportation;
- analyze from a technical and administrative point of view the feasibility of technical operations, produce estimates, propose and carry out a installation plan adapted to the hosting venue site (France or abroad);
- carry out, alone or as part of a team, corrective and preventive maintenance and ensure the day-to-day operation of technical elements or assemblies;
- manage logistics and services delivery;
- participate and/or coordinate with local teams the setting up/dismantling and activation of technical and/or scenographic exhibition elements;
- ensure with the project manager and in connection with the client the conformity of the proposed service.
