The call for speakers is now open for the conference session dedicated to touring exhibitions and experiences at Touring Entertainment LIVE (TEL), the event dedicated to the global business of big-brand live entertainment, exhibitions, and touring family shows, which takes place in London, United Kingdom on 26 February 2025.
Organised at the heart of the 2025 ILMC conference, the world’s top gathering for more than 1,400 professionals from the music, event and exhibition industry, TEL will bring together international show and exhibition producers, rights holders, venue operators, and promoters for a dedicated day on this growing and dynamic sector. For its second edition, the event will take place in a dedicated 1,000m2 ballroom in the Royal Lancaster Hotel. The day is steered by a committee of content experts from across the globe, with headline partners Teo and Semmel, and will feature panel discussions, keynote interviews, and presentations of shows and projects, alongside curated networking and exhibitors.
A special Quickfire session will introduce the latest touring shows proposed for new presentations. Opportunities to present are open to international producers. To apply, producers are invited to provide information about the experiences they propose to present. The event team who curates the programme will confirm session slots by 31 December.
This year TEL teams up again with Teo to bring together touring exhibitions producers, promoters and hosts, and shed light on the touring exhibitions sector. Teo is part of the steering committee of TEL and will be co-hosting the Quickfire session.
Touring Entertainment LIVE will take place on the second day of ILMC. Entrance to the day is included as part of an ILMC delegate pass. The TEL team invites Teo members to join the event and a special ticket is proposed for Teo delegates (available here until 31 December).
Stay tuned for the full programme which will be published in January 2025.
