Out of the Depths: The Blue Whale Story by the Royal Ontario Museum is now open at the Saint Louis Science Center in St. Louis (MO), USA, until 10 January 2027. The ROM-original exhibition tells the story of nine blue whales lost to sea ice off Newfoundland in 2014, and the research that followed. Visitors stand beneath a life-sized skeleton and meet the world’s only full-scale blue whale heart model.
