Leonardo and Michelangelo were two universal artists, key figures of humanism who transformed art and Renaissance thought, with an influence that has lasted through the centuries to the present day.
LEONARDO VS MICHELANGELO is inspired by the historical challenge that took place in 1503, when both Renaissance geniuses were commissioned to paint a mural each in the Hall of the Five Hundred of Florence’s Old Palace.
The experience, which blends technological innovation and historical accuracy, places the audience at the heart of the story with a personal and collective journey through large-scale projections, 360º virtual reality, metaverse environments, and exhibition spaces. It all culminates in a final decision, where each visitor takes a side and stands with their chosen artist.
