From 14 to 16 January 2025, Teo's Touring Exhibitions Pavilion brought together over 200 international cultural professionals for a joyful and inspiring three-day event in Paris.

Hosted at the heart of Museum Connections in Paris, this year’s Touring Exhibitions Pavilion welcomed professionals to a buzzing hub for networking, discovering, and celebrating the latest innovations in international touring exhibitions.

A Village of Touring Professionals

The Touring Exhibitions Pavilion’s large dedicated space at the heart of Museum Connections was transformed into a lively “beehive” bringing together participants from museums and culture, heritage, science, tourism and leisure organisations. A large lounge area, surrounded by dedicated booths, offered a dynamic and friendly environment where exhibition professionals could meet, enjoy a coffee and discover projects and specialist insights.

“What a great edition! When you come to the Pavilion, you enter a true touring exhibitions village.”
Laurent Dondey from Grand Palais Immersif

Spotlight on Trends and New Exhibitions

Two conference sessions shed light on new productions and multidisciplinary approaches, sparking fresh ideas and discussions. The presentations unveiled a mix of innovative showcases— ranging from exhibitions presenting original collections with a twist, as well as a wealth of original takes on immersive experiences. Attendees explored original concepts and inventive creations, leaving energised with fresh insights and inspiration. Both days culminated in a relaxed and lively gathering in the lounge, where participants and visitors connected, exchanged ideas, and fostered collaborations.

« Honored to have joined the discussions while gaining fresh insights from the incredible minds shaping the future of touring exhibitions. Here’s to the meaningful conversations, powerful connections, and inspiration that continue to drive the cultural community forward. »
Nicholas Kondoprias from PANART

« We are convinced that the various discussions with the players invited to this event have enabled us to forge new links in a rapidly expanding immersive market which needs to be structured, something to which TEO is making a major contribution. »
Vincent Barreneche from Caramba

Memorable Exhibition Visits and Social Events

The event also included exclusive visits to exhibitions hosted by Teo’s members and partners, giving participants opportunities to continue conversations and insights in cultural experiences:

  • A cocktail and visit to the Pixels exhibition at Grand Palais Immersif.
  • An informal gathering beneath the beautiful vaults of Musée Maillol and a visit of the Nadia Léger : Une femme d’avant-garde exhibition, hosted by Tempora.
  • Exhibition visits at Cité des Sciences et de l’Industrie – Universcience, where guests danced their way through the DANCE exhibition and discovered Cave Journey : through the Chauvet discovery alongside their curators.
  • An exploration of the Ravel Boléro exhibition at Musée de la Musique – Philharmonie de Paris.
