As a producer and tour organizer, Alegria Exhibition stands for multimedia edutainment show concepts that invite visitors to enjoy art and culture in an easy and accessible, inspiring and entertaining way. Since being founded in 2022, Alegria has made a name for itself with their own productions Monet’s Garden, Viva Frida Kahlo, Klimt’s Kiss, Vermeer: Master of Light, Vincent: Between Madness and Wonder and, most recently, Vikings: an immersive Exhibition.

The exhibitions are holistic, all-round experiences that allow visitors to immerse themselves in the subject matter. The audience does not just stand in front of a work of art; rather, the art or theme develops around the audience and takes them on a special journey. This concept makes the exhibitions suitable for all age groups and the entire family. They offer children and young people in particular a completely new and different approach to art and history.

Chatsworth, home to the Devonshire family for over 450 years, is one of England’s most iconic historic houses. As a registered charity, Chatsworth House Trust is dedicated to looking after the house, collections, garden, and parkland, for everyone. Chatsworth served as the inspiration and filming location for Pemberley in the 2005 adaptation of Jane Austen’s Pride and Prejudice.

Drawing on this heritage, The Gorgeous Nothings: Flowers at Chatsworth explores the enduring relationship between humans and nature through the universal language of flowers. Combining historic artworks and botanical treasures from Chatsworth with contemporary responses from leading artists, the exhibition presents flowers as symbols of fragility and resilience. Through themes including permanence and the ephemeral, beauty and horror, and sexuality and the senses, it reflects on vulnerability, renewal and survival, inviting audiences to reconsider their connection to the natural world.

Now touring internationally, it offers museums a poetic and culturally resonant experience engaging nature, art and humanity.

Originally commissioned by the Canada Council for the Arts as [Canada’s] official entry to the 2018 Venice Biennale of Architecture, UNCEDED: Voices of the Land was designed, curated, and is still guided by the vision of Master of Architecture and traditional Blackfoot Elder, Douglas J. Cardinal.

A grandmother’s warm welcome greets each visitor to the exhibit showcasing the work of 18 Indigenous architects. Visitors are guided through an immersive, world-class, audio-visual experience that pivots on four thematic metaphors: indigeneity, resilience, sovereignty, and colonization. UNCEDED: Voices of the Land demonstrates that Indigenous cultures, inscribed within the laws, customs, and traditions of their peoples, have a profound contribution to make to the world, as seen through the storytelling of the architects. Visitors are engaged with spectacular depictions of nature, stunning visual effects, and architects presenting as life size speakers; they can then take the time to absorb Indigenous history through full length documentaries as the heartbeat of powwow drumming guides them through curving walls, as if along a river.

UNCEDED: VOICES OF THE LAND is a not-for-profit corporation.
