Lascaux: The International Exhibition is an exceptional project from France featuring replicas of the Lascaux cave, one of the world’s most remarkable sanctuaries of prehistoric art. Since 2013, the exhibition has toured 20 destinations worldwide and is now undergoing a transformation.

Our upcoming art and science exhibition is being completely reimagined to offer visitors a new experience. We’re thrilled to unveil our latest replica: the legendary Hall of Bulls. This installation will transport visitors of all ages 21,000 years into the past, connecting them with the daily lives of ancient human societies and exploring the fascinating origins of artistic expression.

In a fast-paced world in search of ever more sensationalism, can we take the time to get back to basics?

We can no longer ignore the challenges of climate change.

Form is important, but we sometimes forget the substance and the fundamentals.

Creating an exhibition from scratch, outside any institutional framework, questioning every stage of the design and production to put the essential back at the heart of the project: that is the crazy challenge I set myself.

Passionate about science, art and culture, a doctorate in physics and a curator, I founded my company Céline Nadal – MuseoScience and embarked on this adventure which has resulted in the creation of the exhibition COLOURS.

I had to overcome obstacles, trial and error and persevere.

I will be presenting the approach and choices I have made: physical and sensory experiences that are simple and profound, a transdisciplinary and universal approach, between art and science, a sober and elegant scenography, eco-designed and conceived for touring.
